Bohumil Eliáš Jr.

Born 1980 in the Czech Republic

The artist’s education as a classical sculptor becomes apparent in his work. For him glass is an equivalent material that he uses together with other sculptural materials, such as bronze, metal or stone etc., thereby taking advantage of the transparency and the reflection of glass for his artistic expression. Bohumil Eliáš jun. also includes materials in his objects that he found in nature, making his work very varied and rich.

A special highlight is the Klumpar & Pavlík Room featuring works by Vladimíra Klumpar and Matyas Pavlik @klumparandpavlik_studio @matyas_pavlik_sculpture, alongside newcomer Yana Unzhakova @unjack_tu - who will also set the atmosphere as DJ Unjack with her music from 9 pm to 12 am. Explore the “Artistic Couple Room” featuring works by Malvina Middleton and Josef Marek @josef_marek_fine_art, as well as sculptures by Jaroslav Wasserbauer @jaroslavwasserbauer and Petr Stanický @petr.stanicky, alongside many other artists waiting to be discovered on the third floor. Further highlights include large-scale installations by the exceptional artists Ivan Mareš @ivanmares_glass and iconic sculptor Gizela Šabóková @gizela_sabokova.
